My Services So how do you define the process of innovation as a service? You don’t. My expertise lies within my creative approach - my ability to see beyond the obvious and reframe the questions. By utilizing the arsenal of business development tools, as well as strategic planning and creative innovation my very thoughts are my assets. The service? You can have ‘em all, thereby enabling us to engage the very fabric of your business.
To put it in another way; I am the consultant McKinsey, BCG and Accenture does not posses. Creativity is my greatest asset and while regular consulting houses will tell you that creativity flourishes within their domiciles, you and I know that it is simply not true; sales talk. As projects vary, so does the solutions. To put one label on diversity would be oversimplifying. I know that you want better and more than regular sales talk; Well... here it is.

My Methodology Since none of the companies that ask me to work with them are completely identical, I never use the same approach either. Quite the contrary, in fact. Every situation is different from the next. Each project has its own challenges, and each new task requires that I pose the right questions to be answered. And each answer changes me, too. I know that sometimes, you have to take a step to the side to be able to reach your goal quickly and successfully. You have to look back, stop, reflect, and evaluate choices that were made in the past... Because change itself is constantly subject to change.
