MAKING ENQUIRIES AND BOOKING YOUR THEATRE EXCURSION ENQUIRIES, INFORMATION AND ADVICE is readily available. Just contact our Travel Office at Henley in Arden. Callers are welcome at our offices at Liveridge Hill (on the Birmingham Road A3400, just north of Henley) where there is ample free parking. You will find our cheerful staff happy to answer any queries.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: In order to confirm your booking, we require payment in full within 7 days. Once payment is received, we will send your confirmation/receipt, the number and location of seats booked and pick up time. Please check your confirmation carefully as late alterations will incur charges.

SHOWTIME BOOKINGS: For a provisional booking, a simple telephone call is all that is required. We will hold places for you without obligation for 7 days. You can book directly with our Travel Office or through an appointed Travel Agent. (Please note that provisional bookings will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received within 7 days).

BOOKING ONLINE: Book online at www.johnsonscoaches.co.uk and save £1 per person. METHODS OF PAYMENT: By Post – Please make cheques payable to ‘JOHNSONS COACH TRAVEL’ By Telephone – credit/debit card. At Our Offices – by cheque, cash or credit/debit card. Please note that there is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card.

CANCELLATION: (A) BY THE COMPANY – Should circumstances arise where, due to less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel any theatre excursion, all monies paid by passengers for that particular theatre excursion will be refunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt from any further liability. (B) BY THE PASSENGER – You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure, subject to the following conditions: i) Where tickets cannot be re-sold a £10 administration charge will be made plus a charge for the relevant show ticket up to the value of the excursion. ii) Where tickets are re-sold only a £10 administration charge will be made and the remainder will be refunded to you.
