BY THE COMPANY – Should circumstances arise where, due to less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel any theatre excursion; all monies paid by passengers for that particular theatre excursion will be refunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt from any further liability.

BY THE PASSENGER – You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure, subject to the following conditions: (i) Should cancellation occur at any time prior to departure, a charge will be made for the relevant show ticket cost included with your Showtime excursion, plus £10 per person to cover administration, unless the tickets are re-sold.
