WHAT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME? You should only be spending your precious time on things that use your greatest strengths. What can you delegate out to free up more of your time? Maybe an assistant who can answer your emails or update spreadsheets for you. Maybe a babysitter so you can devote three solid hours to your side project every weekend.
