CONTENTS WHAT IS A CARAVAN?

A Caravan is a well-conceived movement of RV vehicles on a pre-planned and professionally run itinerary. It takes years of planning and research to prepare a first-class caravan and to see that it has all the ingredients for success. Caravans can be as short as 8 days, to as many as 52. Fantasy RV Tours specializes in worldwide caravans and its sister company, Creative World Travel runs USA caravans.

THE BEST LEADERS & GUIDES Many things set Creative World apart. First and foremost are our tour guides. Creative’s field staff are carefully screened and selected for their customer service skills, leadership ability, organizational skills, mechanical skills and RVing experience. We have a team of friendly people who love to travel and love sharing the fun with you. We invest in our staff because we know that the quality of our Wagonmaster and Tailgunner teams is the most important factor in delivering a memorable vacation for you. The quality of Creative’s training methods is second to none. Each team receives practical tour training in the field, traveling on our routes and learning our standard practices. Creative goes beyond the standard and our teams dedicate 40 hours a year to sharpening their hospitality skills in a specialized training class at our headquarters. We also make certain that our customers get the very best and friendliest customer service every time they call. From all of us at Creative World Travel to every single customer, we will do everything possible to “earn” your business and keep you as part of our cherished family. Repeatedly, our RV guests tell us their guides were the best part of the tour.

TAKE IT FROM OUR GUESTS 4

One of the hallmark’s of Creative is that spirit and morale are always high. If you treat all customers like we were treated, they will be in for a whale of a time.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO BOOK A CREATIVE VACATION? CALL US AT (800) 732–8337

QUESTIONS&

IS THE PRICE GUARANTEED? Yes! Once you make your deposit, we guarantee the price. WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN? Creative includes emergency medical assistance, rig recovery, and evacuation plan as a feature of every standard tour because we know your peace of mind is important. If you have a medical emergency or a mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you will receive a pro-rata credit for the portion of the tour you are not able to complete, less any unrecoverable prepaid deposits made to our vendors on your behalf. SHOULD I BRING A TOW VEHICLE? In order for you to enjoy freedom on your RV vacation, we recommend that you bring a tow vehicle on every tour. There will be free days for you to explore on your own. ARE PETS WELCOME? Yes! Canada requires proof of rabies vaccination.

DO YOUR TOURS TRAVEL CARAVAN STYLE? If you like, but it isn’t necessary. Creative provides each of our guests with comprehensive, up-todate, field researched trip logs documenting each landmark and turn along the route. You may travel at your own pace and enjoy photo stops and side trips. Rest assured the Tailgunner is there to ensure safety and security for the entire group. It’s your vacation so we offer options; we want you to enjoy safety, comfort and freedom. DO YOU RENT MOTORHOMES? Yes, we work with Cruise America. Please call us for details.

DOES CREATVE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF RIGS ON A TOUR? Yes. You’ll want to make reservations early to guarantee your date. Reservations are prioritized in the order we receive them. Most of our caravans are limited to 22 RVs, and rallies are based on the rally. DO YOU RECOMMEND CARPOOLING DURING YOUR TRIPS? We do recommend ride sharing when it is the best way to enjoy a venue. In most cases, for city tours and trips included in the

ANSWERS

itinerary, we will provide the transportation by either bus or taxi. Sometimes, such as a restaurant being within a mile or so of the park, it makes more sense for everyone to share rides and our staff will assist with setting that up.

ARE TIPS INCLUDED? Yes, tips are included for all meals and tours listed in the daily itinerary. For exemplary service above and beyond the call of duty, please feel free to tip anyone including your wagonmasters and tailgunners.

IS EXTRA VEHICLE INSURANCE NEEDED? We can assist you in obtaining all of your domestic insurance at very reasonable rates. Call us for a quote (866) 270–5297, or go to creativeworldtravel.com. DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL IN CANADA? Today, a passport is not required to enter Canada, only a certified birth certificate. Effective January 1, 2008, you will need a passport. WHERE ARE YOUR DISCOUNTS? At the time of printing, we publish our lowest tour price. Occasionally, opportunities arise with our vendors that allow us to pass on an even better price to you. We’ll do that. We also reward frequent traveler’s credit. Give us a call.

DOES CREATIVE WORLD TRAVEL HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY? Yes, our cancellation policy is very liberal, we understand the RV lifestyle! We offer an exclusive FREE Travel Cancellation Protection Plan too! DO YOU SCHEDULE POTLUCKS DURING YOUR TOURS? Potlucks are not part of our scheduled itineraries but if part or all of the group wants to get together and everyone bring a dish then our staff will facilitate that process. It is not a requirement and is completely optional for all of our guests. WHAT IS A CREATIVE AMBASSADOR? Creative World Travel Ambassadors are full time RVers that understand the special needs when planning your RV Vacation. You will see them at RV parks all across the country, at national and regional shows, and at rallies.

With Creative World Travel you’ll simply have more fun because we have the finest Wagonmasters and Tailgunners in the business. The most enthusiastic and caring people, make for the best tour. For any other questions please call us.

Today, notched out of the State of Maryland, at the confluence of the Anacostia and Potomac Rivers, sits our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. The city of neoclassic marble buildings, offset by green parks, fountains and statuary, is deserving of being called the “city beautiful.” We have planned an exciting non-stop visit to the highlights of the D.C. area during the Cherry Blossom Festival. All the historic monuments will be framed in the vivid white and pink blossoms from over 6,000 Japanese cherry trees planted along the Tidal Basin. The Cherry Blossom Festival, held since 1935, traditionally marks the arrival of spring to our Capital.

Imagine twenty or more of America’s premier paddle wheelers converging into a major port with steam billowing from their stately smokestacks, bells clanging, flags waving, and calliopes playing. Cincinnati will once again host the nations largest gathering of steamboats that occurs only every three years. Our itinerary features moonlit dinner cruises, on-board parades and cavalcades and races. We’ll spice it up further to included other great Cincinnati area events and points of interest. We will party, celebrate, eat, and be entertained in the typical Creative World Travel style.

This was a great experience for us. It was much more than we ever expected.
