INTRODUCTION

The following material describes standards and acceptable executions for logo use on all printed and digital media for Human Technologies, Inc. and all company divisions (HTI Employment Solutions, HTI Manufacturing Solutions, and HTI Organizational Solutions). The purpose of this document is to establish and maintain consistency, integrity, and efficiency in all communications and to reinforce the company brand image. While these standards are mandatory and provide context for executions, individual projects may require executions not specifically outlined in this document. For guidance on those projects or executions regarding proper logo usage, please contact the Marketing Department.

THE THUMBPRINT

The abstract thumbprint represents individuality. Like the solutions we customize for our clients, no two are alike. The thumbprint also represents a human element, because at the core of our solutions to clients are people-based systems. In the center you notice two arcs moving in an elliptical motion. This represents the movement of people in and out of your business, which we help you manage with highly accountable metrics. The motion also gives the mark a dynamic, energetic feel, which reflects the personality of our people and our organization.

THE LOGO

The company logos for Human Technologies, Inc. and all company divisions are considered to have two parts: the icon (three arcs of the “thumbprint”) and the logo type (“HUMAN TECHNOLOGIES,” “HTI EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS,” “HTI MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS,” and “HTI ORGANIZATIONAL SOLUTIONS”). The two parts of the logo make up the whole. The logo type should never appear independent from the icon, though the icon may be used independently. Situations or special projects requiring the use of the icon portion of the logo only must be approved by the Marketing Department.

NON-STANDARD OPTIONS

The Human Technologies, Inc. and company division logos are designed as 2-color logos. Layouts and implementation should cater to this preferred usage as a 2-color logo whenever possible. Appropriate 2-color standard executions, as well as appropriate 2-color standard reverse exectutions for each company division logo are outlined in this document.

1-color versions of the logo may be used when the 2-color standard or 2-color standard reverse executions are unable to be used. Appropriate 1-color executions for each company division logo are outlined in this document.

The standard color executions for company logos for Human Technologies, Inc. and all company divisions are outlined in each appropriate section of this document. Company logos should never appear in or on any non-standard colors (ie, pink, yellow, aqua, etc.).
