Plan of action: o What areas (in relation to performance) will you work on? o Set goals-discuss how they support the accomplishment of the organization’s business plan.

Set next meeting time, usually quarterly, but if staff member or superior feels they need to have a more regular meeting to keep improving the performance of the employee, then agree upon a time that works best for both individuals.
