The studio looked into what decoration and ornament really can convey and if it is still important in design today. The site was 15 Commonwealth in Boston, a brownstone that is currently being renovated into a single family home. Our project was to design a luxury hotel within this space, with restrictions on the front and back facade because of the Back Bay Historical Commission.
