For example: You have an existing relationship with an awarded supplier Only one of the awarded suppliers can provide what you need You can identify one of the suppliers offers you best value Are any of those boxes ticked? If yes, you may be able to direct award without needing to do a further competition or get three quotes – it’s as simple as that!
