Marketing: Driving Positive Returns
As your marketing team, we strive to make data-driven decisions to spend our available marketing dollars as efficiently Shawn Wherry and effectively VP of Marketing as possible. I am pleased to report that, from JanuaryOctober 2018, we have collected $6 for every $1 spent through our digital marketing campaigns. More than
$27,000,000 in revenue has been collected from 2018 new patients who found our practices by way of our digital marketing.
That same rate of return is not being realized consistently through other marketing channels such as direct mail, radio and print. We are currently assessing our marketing mix and spend allocations for each supported practice in order to make change recommendations for improved performance and better returns in 2019.
We do understand that all practices are unique, and each market is different.
Those details are considered in all strategic planning discussions. We love to hear your feedback too! Please don’t hesitate to contact DCA Marketing with your input, suggestions or ideas for marketing opportunities in your area.
Cheers to an exciting & successful New Year!
