Creative Marketing Services Process
STEP 1:
Place orders with your Marketing Coordinator, or online at Kentwood.re/Request
Designers get to work on your request and will send a proof to your email based on your requested timeline.
Once you review your project, send back requested changes or approve through Wrike.
If it is a print request your prints will be ordered after you have approved the final version. If it is not a print request, the final file will be delivered.

Standard Eflyer: Two Kentwood Branded Templated Options. Deploys on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 11AM. Deadline is day before by 2pm. Cost is $15 per listing
CUSTOM EMAILS
Design by Creative Services with your branding and colors. Custom Eflyers can only be sent by the agent through eflyermarketing.com. Cost is $65/hr to design eflyer + cost to send through eflyermarketing.com

Kentwood will provide a $100 credit for new brokers that would like to order luxury business cards. Please note the minimum order for luxury cards is 500 count.
LAWN SIGNAGE
Kentwood will order up to 3 open house signs complimentary for new agents.
All for sale signs are included and complimentary by Kentwood. Installation and Removal of the For Sale sign is also included in the Metro Area. If outside of the Metro Area, a trip charge may apply. For additional trips to the property a trip charge of $25 will be accrued.

Kentwood provides new agents with up to 100 free announcement cards with matching envelopes. Agents are responsible for mailing and distribution.
