Our professional consultants offer in-depth knowledge of each local area, including banks, supermarkets, schools, parks, and much more. They offer virtual viewings to different types of properties, advising on transport connections, clubs, restaurants, and hospitals.
OUR AREA ORIENTATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
• A call to identify each transferees priorities, preferred commuting time, property preferences, concerns, and knowledge level of a local area
• Extensive virtual local tour highlighting area transport options, travel times, social demographics, schooling facilities (where relevant), housing types and prices, and average rents
• A number of virtual viewings can also be arranged so the transferee can obtain a greater understanding of relative purchasing or rental values and housing options.
