Kentwood’s History THE STORY BEHIND THE NAM E In January 1981, five brokers at Van Schaack and Company, Jack Bradbury, John Burns, Roger Campbell, Jim Nussbaum, and DeWayne Willardsen, formed the beginnings of their own distinguished brand, which would become Kentwood Real Estate.
