CURRENT MARKET REVIEW

During Labor Day weekend, we witnessed a substantial slowing in market activity. There was a sharp decline of 27.3% in pending transactions compared to previous weeks. The months of inventory grew by 38.5%, reaching 2.2 months of inventory.

While this cooling may feel severe, we typically see a rebound in the remaining weeks in September after Labor Day weekend passes.
