The influence of Mother's Day weekend was notably significant this year, affecting the number of property showings and consequently, the rate of listings moving to pending status. Despite this dip, our market's active inventory remains robust, showing a positive trend when compared to the same period last year. As expected, we had a slowdown over Memorial Weekend, with 35-40% fewer showings and approximately 15-20% fewer units going under contract.
