By volunteering with and contributing to Ace Scholarships, this cause provides not only hope but a clear pathway backed by the financial assistance kids need to succeed.

Elizabeth is the Vice President of Development for the Fine Arts Foundation. The FAF awards grants to local non-profits specializing in performing/visual arts, art education & community art outreach programs through their signature fundraisers: the Debutante Ball & The Citizen of the Arts Jubilee.

Parker has been a strong supporter and active contributor to Colorado Children's Hospital for several years. As a father himself, he is passionate about donating to organizations that give children healthy lives and support when they need it most.

Jill Schafer is a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate, for abused & neglected children. The child she was appointed to help has gone from a very difficult place in a lock down facility to a college freshman with her own apartment. As a former foster child, this is one way Jill gives back as thanks to those who helped her along the way.

Jaryd Takushi, broker associate of Kentwood City Properties hosted a July donation drive for Soles4Souls, a nonprofit global social enterprise committed to fighting poverty through the collection and distribution of shoes. “I strongly encourage everyone in the community to drop by and drop off a pair of shoes to help a person in need,” said Takushi.

Since 1974, the Colorado Children’s Chorale has brought its artistry and charm to audiences throughout the world. Garland served on the Board of Trustees for six years and his son and daughter were members of the chorale from second grade through middle school. The Chorale annually trains 500 members, ages 7 to 14 from all ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds.


Doug Hutchins is on the board at Hope's Promise Orphan Ministries (HPOM). Hope's Promise is a non-profit charity for orphans in the third world countries of Kenya, Nepal, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. For every home that Doug helps clients sell or purchase, he has pledged to donate $200 to HPOM. Doug went on a mission trip in April 2018 to Nepal, where he had hands-on experience with children in two orphan homes.

KENTWOOD CITY PROPERTIES Allison is a board member for Be The Gift, a Colorado based charity that helps single parents keep their homes in good repair. She also organizes a “giving tree” to support Be The Gift families, fulfilling gift wishes so that none feel forgotten during the holidays.
