Kentwood Cares Kentwood Real Estate is a regular and avid supporter of HomeAid Colorado, an organization devoted to building new lives for Colorado's homeless through housing and community outreach. HomeAid teams up with local home builders, trade partners, real estate entities and homeless service providers to supply essentials and build housing for the homeless. Kentwood has participated in philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the organization including:

Essentials for Young Lives Drive – Kentwood collects diapers, wipes and formula to be

distributed to family shelters across the state. The drive is held annually from Mother's Day to Father's Day.

Essentials CareKit Drive - Kentwood collects travel-sized toiletry items including soap,

shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste and deodorant. These items are then assembled into CareKits and distributed to emergency shelter and outreach teams during the month of November for Homelessness Awareness Month.

Building Homes: Rebuilding Lives - Kentwood is a regular financial contributor and
