Beer
Our Core Mandate Lists are curated by examining national and local trend data to select products that fit our core demographics and business model.
We strive for a balanced offering of beers with popular options while providing room for individuality and variety through local and regional favorites.
We collaborate with our E15 analytics groups to compile a list of beers highly indexed in the market, while also spotlighting brands contributing to sustainability efforts—a valuable benefit for our Levy beverage partners.
The company-wide mandated products must be available within every venue unless a Beverage Exception Request has been submitted and approved. In case of a brand conflict, provide details on the beverage exception form.

Non-Alc
The Non-Alcoholic section of the program comprises two categories: N/A Cocktail Mixers and Non-Alcoholic Drinks. N/A Mixers are integral to the core beverage program and should be available at bar locations within our venues. Non-Alcoholic drinks are recommended additions that would enhance beverage offerings in suites, frictionless markets, and catering events.
We curate our Core Non-Alcoholic items by analyzing the local trends to align with our demographics and business model. We consider market share, consumer preference, product quality, brand exposure, and business volume to ensure high-quality and efficient beverage offerings at all venues.
For all questions related to Non-Alcoholic beverage and cocktail mixers please reach out to beverage@levyrestaurants.com.
