「因為今天我們活在一個由媒體、政府、大企業、宗教團 體和政治團體所操弄出來的虛假現實的社會中，所以我自 問，在我的寫作中，什麼是真實？因為我們不停地被非常 老練深沉的人們以非常複雜的機制所製造出來的偽現實轟 炸著。我並非不相信他們的動機，我不相信的是他們的權 力。他們擁有太多的權力，足以創造整個世界的驚人的權 力，甚而是心靈的世界。我該知道的。我也做著同樣的事 情。」 Philip Kindred Dick 在1978年的演說〈如何建立一個不至 於在兩天後分崩離析的宇宙〉中提到一直以來令他著迷的 主題「什麼是現實？」。他認為當我們開始討論現實的那 一刻起，現實會變得比較不真實，因為討論本身促成了我 們感受真實的動態性、不再是靜態的注視，進而產生了一 連串的偽現實。對抗現實操控的唯一解藥則是非常老派的 道德疫苗：勇氣和對抗，以及免於恐懼的自由。 畢業設計某種程度來說也是在帶著「偏見」的個人化觀點 下所展開的一種空間討論，因為選擇了某個切入點、關切 了某種族群、建立了某種操作流程，進而創造了有別於其 它人所能實現的、絕對稱上不客觀的空間方案。有別於純 粹理性的分析科學，建築設計在合理邏輯具備的前提下也 要求所謂立場的表述：從事實的觀察到現象的指出，首先 要問的是「你對這件事的看法是什麼？」接著是「所以你 想如何改變？」最後才是「怎麼做？又做了什麼？」 勇於表態、勇於選擇、勇於實現、勇於承擔。所有狂放的 想像仍須在現實中被檢驗，面對破綻和質疑，在反覆衝突 與修正的拉鋸中，趨近真實。一場沒有經過掙扎就已然完 結的對抗是令人遺憾的。設計不只是個人意念的單向表 達，更重要的是對現實的承認、對群體的回應、對他者的 有感、對自我的批判。在眾說紛紜之中非要圖一個真理或 真相，這句話或許派得上用場：「即使你停止相信它，也 不會消失的，即是現實。」

Dick mentioned that the topic 'What is reality?' fascinated him over time. Dick argues that reality becomes less real the moment we begin discussing it, for the discussion itself precipitates a dynamic manufacturing of what we perceive to be real, rather than a static contemplation of what is, producing a series of pseudo-realities. The only antidote to reality-manipulation is old-fashioned moral wisdom, the timeless vaccine of courage and resistance, of freedom from fear. To some extent, thesis design is spatial discussion initiated from a very personal perspective with prejudice. By choosing certain starting point, concerning certain group of people, or establishing certain operational process, a subjective and unique project will be created. Different from pure scientific analysis, under the premise that architectural design should be rational and logical, it's also required to make a position statement. From observation of phenomenon to description of facts, first question to be asked would be 'what’s your opinion on this?' then comes 'what do you want to change?' and finally 'how to make it happen?' Be brave to take a clear-cut stand, to make a decision, to take action and to bear the consequences. All wild imaginations have to be eventually evaluated in reality. Faced with flaws and doubts, to and fro between conflicts and repetitive modifications, truth might be approached. A fight ending without any struggle is regrettable. Design is not a one-way communication. It's important to be able to accept reality, to be responsive to the majority and others, and to be selfcritical. The quote might be helpful: "Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away."

後天災自治聚落 生產糧食之新型態城市機制
王俊詠 Chun-Yung Wang 臺北市圓山花博公園 No.1, Yumen St., Zhongshan District, Taipei City 25°04’14.9”N 121°31’13.6”E 災難過後的城市人口大量減少，城市剩餘搶奪者以及自 行種植糧食者。人們築起高牆並於圈內自行種植糧食。 人們在範圍內垂直發展聚落，並以糧食生產為信仰。將 糧食生產分為人均所需的各大類，依照人們所需轉換為 種植面積比例。在置入公共性空間後使用參數式邏輯， 在垂直聚落分布中最佳化種植單元的配置方式，使聚落 城市機能更接近完善。 人們建造出各個位於台北基礎建設上的自治聚落，使用 設計的機制套入現有的地形及條件，改變既有的建築形 式以及未來人們的生活型態。以圓山花博公園中產生聚 落作為整體基地，包括完整的垂直聚落SC32，以中山足 球場作為聚落基礎垂直發展包含完整的機能設施。以及 郊區式的能源工業設施AS34。水平線性發展的擴展性量 體ML37。 After the disaster, urban population plummets to its lowest record. Now only scavengers and farmers populate the city. People erect walls for protection and grow their own food and supplies. Within these walls, people begin to build vertical settlements and farming became just as important as religion. Public areas are plotted for the sole purpose of growing foods and the demands of food consumption are recorded and reflected upon the volume of these farming space. After the installation of these public spaces, parametric logic is then utilized to decide the most efficient mode for the individual planting units. Making the programming of these urban settlements more complete Settlement are constructed on the existing foundations of current infrastructures, creating a new mode of architecture that also changes the way people live. The site is base on the YuanShanpark. Settlement have three different type of buildings. Include complete functioning facilities SC32. AS34 with energy industry. and ML37 with the possibility for future linear expansion .

林子芹 Tzu-Chin Lin + 郭晏維 Yan-Wei Guo 台北市淡水隘口附近的關渡、社子地區 District Guandu and Shezi of Taipei City 25°114”N 121°47”E 隨著全球暖化，估計到世紀末，海面上升幅度將可達到 一公尺，嚴重威脅全球總人口十分之一、居住在低窪海 岸地區六億人口的生命安危。但其實海平面只需升高五 十公分，潰堤的頻率將遠高於三倍，少數百年才發生的 極端氣候慘劇將會頻繁發生。首先研究臺北河流與人 類拔河的關係，以此建構未來城市與水的基礎。將基地 範圍鎖定在歷史上常氾濫的關渡、社子島等地。透過模 擬，發現隨著水位上升，畫定的範圍內會產生許多島狀 的陸地，其他則被淹沒。 未來海平面上升，不僅帶來洪患，也能是機會。船隻可 更深入內陸，引進外商及旅客。我們希望創造一個基地 能發揮其原本該有的滯洪效果，並透過逐步演化的方 式，建立與之共生的都市系統。原本拒之堤外的水成為 活化台北新門戶之元素。
As global warming continue to worsen, sea level conservationists predict a rise of about 1m, affecting 1/10 of the global population and about 600 million people’s safety. Unfortunately, the sea level only needs to raise 50cm to breach our current embankment, forcing us to face the catastrophe that should only happen once every hundred years. Our project began with research on the inseparable relationship between Taipei’s water and its residents, providing us the foundation for the future city. We located our base at Guandu and Shezi, two districts expected to flood. This flooding also allows us the opportunity to welcome foreign economy. We hope to erect a base which can successfully expel water while embracing the concept of co-watered urban system. Construction procedures are linked with the rising stages of the sea level, and instead of segregating water, it become the element which activates our future city.

所有的事，最終將回歸到自己的本身，透過自我與自我 對話－告解。 是否每階段的時間從生命流逝過，換得的都是生命的新 生，所以時間的永續不斷成了探索生命最好的糧食，造 就了建築的美好依存者（生命）。而建築生命始之於 人，人的生命也始之於人，所以建築與人的共同母體即 為人。當母體同時是孕育生命的空間，抑是活化建築空 間的元素，則建築空間可說昰圍塑孕育生命空間之場 域。在此母體與胎兒之間的重要養分交換媒介「羊水」 將兩者合為一體，將有溫度的水介入建築與生命之間， 形成類似的締結關係並成為之間的養分。 人與水與建築，以最真誠赤裸接觸，會觸發甚麼？是最 乾淨最純粹最深刻，而非物質可形容的，也許引發自心 靈深處，建築深處，水的深處。 Through self-interlocution, everything will eventually return to their own - confession What we exchange with the elapsing of time is ultimately the acquiring new life, making the element of time the best medium to explore the nature of human life, at the same time giving new definition to the life of architecture. Man give life to buildings and people, making human the maternal figure for both architecture and man. When the maternal entity also begins to play the role of the space that nurtures life, it also becomes the elements that livens the architectural space. From this angle architectural space can also be said to give birth to other spaces."Amniotic fluid", the transitional medium between mother and fetus combines the two into one. The introduction of this transitional medium between architecture and life can in theory bring about the same nurturing effect. What can happen if man, medium, and architecture are placed under the most sincere and direct exposure? It is the cleanest, purest, most profound depiction that surpasses all earthly boundaries, or perhaps triggering the element hidden in the depth of architecture, water, and soul.

在母體之中與外界隔著羊水和一 層有厚度的母體皮層，在此之中 羊水給予了舒適的溫度、養分 以及安全感，使胎兒漂浮於其 中，此時孕育生命的母體也正活 化建築。
從母體出生時，將受到狹窄陰道 的擠壓，拉扯於母體外在與內在 之間，此時更加明確的空間感受 出現，臍帶成為與母體的唯一連 結，且即將被斷開。
出生後立即從母體無縫進入的人 造建築，外部結構變得堅實，建 築雖是堅固的， 但其生命扣著的 就是人，有了人才有了建築。
時間前進， 建築逐步衰敗，人 逐漸成長，透過與自我的了解、 探索，生成了屬於自己的皮層， 而建築的衰敗就相對的印證了人 的茁壯。
最終人蛻變為一種也許不那麼完 整但相較於在母體之中堅強許多 的狀態。
