tudor traditional roast turkey, sage & onion stuffing, chipolata sausage & cranberry sauce. 28 day dry aged roast topside of scotch beef with a brandy and peppercorn sauce. seared fillets of fresh sea bass, crushed potatoes, with a lemon butter sauce. pan fried breast of chicken, stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in parma ham with white wine and cream sauce. Vegetable stir fry, winter mixed vegetables, stir-fried with sweet chilli hoi-sin & ginger topped with crispy rice noodles.
