Brief BIG has handled The Whisky Shop’s PR activity across the UK since 2012, and in 2014 was commissioned to create the brand’s new luxury retail website.
Activity BIG creates bespoke gift guides for key titles during peak trading periods, alongside a calendar of PR activity including exclusive products and business and news stories. BIG also facilitated exclusive journalist meetings for The Whisky Shop’s managing director to launch the flagship Piccadilly and Manchester stores. The website was designed from the ground up to maximize conversion and SEO, whilst maintaining a luxurious look and feel.
Results BIG has successfully raised the profile of The Whisky Shop brand amongst consumer and trade audiences, positioning it as the UK’s leading luxury whisky retailer. In 2014, BIG delivered 146 pieces of media coverage for The Whisky Shop, creating over 15 million Opportunities to See.
