- Please ensure to bring your keys and access fob each time you leave your apartment. In order to lock your door, please do so manually. - Should you be staying for 1 week or more, your apartment will be serviced once per week. This includes a cleaning service and a change of linen and towels.

- If you have a specific request, please inform us, otherwise we will schedule as normal. - Your rubbish should be removed as and when necessary. Please take the elevator to the basement (level -B) where you will see clearly signed areas for disposal. Fob is required for re-entry into building. - Your rate for the duration of your stay includes for normal usage of electricity and gas. Over usage will be charged as per our terms and conditions. - Please help us to conserve water and electricity by being energy efficient. You may do this by: 1 Keeping windows closed to conserve heat in cooler days. 2 Turning off all lights when leaving your apartment. 3 Ensuring that the oven/cooker/toaster & kettle are turned off. 4 Putting on the dishwasher/washing machine after 11pm. Car Parking
Checkout Procedure
If you require a car space, please note this needs to be reserved upon apartment booking, as spaces are limited. In the event that you have not pre-booked a space, please call the office at +353 1 443 3920 and we will try to accommodate your request.
Checkout time is 10.30am.
Spencer Dock Apartment car park access is via Park Lane. Drive past the Concierge office and take the first left. A barrier and electric gates secure the entrance to the car park. Place the provided grey/black car pack fob against the black/dark grey box and the gates will automatically open. THE CAR PARK IS ONE WAY TRAFFIC SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE CAR SPACES ARE NUMBERED 01 – 654 so please park in the correct assigned space. NOTE THIS Unauthorised car parking will be clamped EUR 90.00 release fee.

Please leave apartment keys/fobs on kitchen table and exit apartment.

Leave the apartment door shut but unlocked.

House keeping will commence servicing subject to your confirmed departure time.
NOTE THIS If you have a car parking space, please take your car out of the carpark and pull in at the Concierge loading bay. You need to leave your car park fob and apartment keys back in the apartment on the kitchen table and pull the door closed behind you. If late checkout is required please contact office the day before your departure or sooner. There is a fee for late checkout up to 3.00 pm of EUR â‚Ź45.00 CONTENTS

Appliance Operating Instructions Hot Plates
Oven
The symbols on the control plate indicate which switches operate each plate on the hob.
Your oven has 4 settings:
Choose the appropriate ring size to the pan being used. Turn knob to required heat setting 1
= lowest heat setting

= highest heat setting
When plates are switched off after being used, a light will stay on. This light indicates that although the rings are off, there is still heat on one or more of the rings. The light will automatically turn off when the ring has reached a cool and safe temperature. To clean the hob, simply wait till it’s cool and then wipe with a damp cloth.

Position 1 – Fan Oven Set temperature control to the desired heat. Both the fan and temperature light will automatically switch on. Once the temperature has reached the desired heat, the light will switch off. To switch off the oven, both the temperature selector and the function selector must be turned to the off position. Please note the cooling fan will continue to run after the oven has been switched off.

Dishwasher
Washer/Dryer
Press the on button.
Do not over-fill washing machine and please ensure all papers/coins/items are removed from cloths pockets.
Place one dishwasher tablet into the dishwasher tablet dispenser and close the dispenser cover. Place dishes in dishwasher machine. Close door. Select programme button until light appears on the icon of the required cleaning setting. Machine will start automatically after 20 SECS. Note: Please ensure the rinse arm can rotate fully and the correct dishwasher salt is installed. (Don’t put large pots into dishwasher, cleaned using sink.)
To use the machine as both a washer & dryer, you can only put in a half load and the half load button must be pressed in that is located on the front of the machine. Select the desired programme on the front of the machine together with the appropriate temperature. Place washing powder and fabric conditioner in the proper drawers. Close the door and switch on. When using the drying facility, set the timer for length of drying time. The machine will switch over to dry after completion of washing cycle. Please note there is a 1-minute time delay on the door opening once the program has finished.

TERMS & CONDITIONS The price includes Broadband. It also includes weekly cleaning if you are staying for more than a week. Long stay customers with separate contracts may have reduced services and facilities. Electricity, Gas and Heating: Provision of light, heat, hot water and cooking is included in your confirmed rate for the duration of your stay with us. However, this is subject to a “fair usage” policy. We expect you to be energy conscious throughout your stay with us and turn off all electrical appliances, lights and heat when not in use. We offer a free heating and electricity allowance as follows:
Anything over this has to be paid for. During the colder months of Nov-Feb, you may find that you will use more than the allowance, if you want to have a lot of heat in the apartment. We will read the meters when you arrive and when you leave and will let you know if anything extra is due for the electricity. (We are not always available to read the meters at the exact moment of your departure.) You will also find the following: • Washing up liquid, dishcloths, sponge, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, tea towels. • All bed linen and towels. • Map of the local area with various shops etc.. marked. • Map of Dublin City Centre.

Usage of Apartment
Pets
The apartment should not be used for any trade or profession which requires access by the public to the apartment. The apartment should not be used for any illegal or immoral purpose. Parties in the apartment are prohibited. The apartment is only to be used by the registered guests.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Breaches of terms conditions
The apartment is provided to you for the duration of your stay on the basis that it will be kept in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of your stay. You must leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and general good order in which you found it, save normal wear and tear.
In the event of serious/repeated breaches of these terms and conditions, guests may be asked to vacate their apartment Extension of stay If guests wish to extend their stay, they should enquire as soon as possible. If the apartment has not been reserved by another hirer we may facilitate the guest. Otherwise the guest shall move out on the agreed date. Viewing The guests shall facilitate the viewing of their apartment, by prospective guests, during reasonable hours. Bicycles Bicycles are not ever allowed inside the property.
Extra charges None. Please note that utilities are provided on a fair usage basis. Your Responsibilities
If there are additional charges incurred by us in relation to damages, repairs or cleaning as a result of your use, over and above the normal wear and tear outlined above, these will be passed onto the occupant or his/ her representatives. In addition, any losses associated with the time taken to return the apartment to service will be charged extra. You are expected to show due consideration for other guests in the apartment complex. If you abuse the property or display rude, dangerous, offensive or unacceptable behavior towards the staff of

the company or other third parties, we reserve the right to refuse you permission to the property and ask you to leave your accommodation prematurely. If this happens, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refunds will be made. All keys, key-cards and car park remote controls must be returned prior to departure. Lost keys or remote controls will incur a charge of â‚Ź200 per set. Liability City Break Apartments, its employees, agents or representatives shall not be liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay. Equally, there is no liability accepted for personal contents or belongings in the unlikely event of a break in or theft. Guests are expected to keep their apartments secure at all times and report any defects with locks or windows to reception immediately. Travel insurance is always recommended and is the responsibility of the tenant. City Break Apartments Ltd. do not provide travel insurance.
Right to Amend, Decline or Refuse City Break Apartments reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of the final payment. In addition, the company is absolved of all liability, should booked accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. In such instances, alternative accommodation will be offered. The guest may opt for a refund if this is not acceptable. No refunds or liability will apply when a guest is refused access to their accommodation for unacceptable conduct and asked to leave or where they leave of their own accord prior to the expiration of the booking.
