As we are in the Digital Age, Ministry of Education should develop it’s concepts, methods and objectives in order to improve students always and forever, and make them able to enter the labor market with high performance and skills. The ministry should have students who are able to lead change in their community, create job opportunities and know how to be self-learners... and to learn constantly.
Reaching these goals requires a fresh look to everything that is happening inside the school. Total quality system gives the school the methods to look for opportunities for improvement and gives the flexibility to make constant changes in their performance to suit the latest scientific, economic, cultural and social developments in the society. The school will be an active center of information society that is evolving and learning constantly. Success needs student, teacher, parents and school administration (the four partners in the quality of education.) The mutual assessment program for quality is a new issue of school work, which looks forward to meet the needs of the first beneficiary of the educational process (student) through looking at the school from the point of view of the four partners in the quality of education.
Mutual assessment program for quality in school with its first and second edition is an effort from the teamwork of King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Quality Center and it is supervised by Mr. (Hassan AlHamwi) the General Manager of Arabs Quality Makers. As each humanitarian action does not reach the degree of perfection and needs continuous improvement. Is a set of goals, methods and assessment tools (questionnaires) which aim to assess the satisfaction of student, teacher, school administration and parents in order to identify the strengths and improvement opportunities in the school for the continuous improvement of the educational process.
Program’s Objectives

Supporting the school to identify the possible improvement opportunities in accordance with the requirements of total quality. Benchmarking similar schools at the same level of the governorate. Ensuring the quality of the educational process in the school by mutual consent of the four partners in the quality of education.
Program’s Vision
The school should be an active center of information society that is evolving and learning constantly in order to achieve the highest degree of satisfaction with quality partners in education. •
The student has the freedom to express his/her needs
and the problems he/she face. •
We should always listen to the opinions of students because
they are the real partners in building the future.
The beginning of implementing mutual assessment is the most important step to transform toward the total quality. Transformation toward total quality in the school requires constant effort from the four partners in education quality and the journey should not stop at applying the mutual assessment.
