Quality is the goal in front of all those who want to achieve, but the difference between them is in the methods they use to access to that goal. Preventive and corrective actions are the most important means of quality. And its application needs a systematic approach illustrated in the following steps: Preventive steps: 1 - Learn all about the organization that you want to apply quality standards. 2 - Learn how to manage complaints, problems, and audits. 3 - Identify the work priorities basing on avoiding the potential risks. Even if you follow the previous steps, you might be surprised with some emergent problems that require you to take corrective actions. Corrective actions 1 - Analyze the root causes behind the issues or problems facing the institution. 2 – Verify accuracy in selecting the right solution and its implementation by monitoring its success or failure indicators. 3- Avoid experiences and solutions that consume time and effort with absence of quality. 4 - Make sure of the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
