King of Prussia District engages public and private partners to collaboratively improve the economic environment in King of Prussia through programs and services designed to make the community more vibrant, attractive and prosperous. Established in 2010 by Upper Merion Township (UMT) Ordinance, King of Prussia District is funded by 431 commercial, industrial and multifamily property owners within its 1,965 acre boundary. The organization’s programs and services help drive resident, corporate and investor confidence and are designed to boost property values. Significant revenue increases for the Township, Upper Merion Area School District, Montgomery County and Montgomery County Community College come from the organization’s success.

Through an exploration process in summer 2022, the staff engaged an outside consultant to help determine individual and company core values. These values drive our organizational work and the way we work with each other and others outside of the organization. We are now operationalizing these values across multiple platforms in the organization including printed and digital collateral, position descriptions and simple day-to-day reminders.
