King of Prussia District programs are funded through a special assessment fee made possible by commercial, industrial and multifamily properties within its boundary. The assessment fee is 0.00089 MILS, or approximately 3.05% of the total real estate tax bill for property owners. The millage rate has remained the same since the District was founded in 2010.
