Industrial Investments is proposing a 144,040 SF distribution warehouse at 201 S. Gulph Rd. Formerly home to American Reading, the new building features excellent visibility from the Schuylkill Expressway, 33 tailgate doors, two drive-in bays and 36’ ceilings. The property will also include 29 trailer parking spaces and 150+ car parking spaces.

500 American Ave.

Built in 1965 and renovated in 2022, the former Amazon Distribution Center on 500 American Ave. is now available for lease. The 121,500 SF building sits on 8.3 acres and features 23’-24’ ceilings, three drive-in bays and 12 exterior dock doors.

Mediplex King of Prussia

Mediplex Property Group’s complete renovation of the existing 16,000 SF building will be home to a new reproductive medical center with a state-of-the-art surgical suite, laboratory and medical offices. The facility is scheduled to open in 2023.

230 Mall Blvd. Lockheed Martin

Maryland-based Lockheed Martin plans to add to its 90-acre King of Prussia campus with a new two-story 55,000 SF research and testing building alongside its existing 784,000 SF building. Plans also call for extensive landscaping along Goddard Blvd., including heavily-landscaped stormwater basins.

555 Flint Hill Rd.

EQT Exeter’s proposed 112,500 SF building will be a modern warehouse space that features 36’ clear height with a solarready TPO roofing system and 16 dock positions.

Maurice Stephens House in Valley Forge National Historical Park

Valley Forge Park Alliance (VFPA) is working with the National Park Service to reposition this long-vacant building into the VFPA headquarters. The Maurice Stephens house is set in the Grand Parade, the location of the formation of the Continental Army during the American Revolution. When complete, the project will also house a public coffee shop with a deck overlooking the spectacular, and recently restored, meadow. The $1M project is expected to open in late 2023.

Vimco Inc.

Family owned and operated since 1960, Vimco Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of construction supplies and accessories, is building a new 24,000 SF manufacturing facility in 2023.
