RENAISSANCE PARK
Renaissance Park (Renaissance) is a 333 acre business park located on the east side of Upper Merion Township. Renaissance was constructed in the 1980s and 90s and includes nearly 2M SF of lab, manufacturing, office and industrial space. Renaissance Park's commercial and industrial buildings are home to a number of prominent tenants including Jefferson Health, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Tosoh Biosciences, AmerisourceBergen/ World Courier, Proteovant, Vertex, Purolite and Recovery Centers of America. The Discovery Labs and GSK are immediately adjacent to Renaissance.
RENAISSANCE PARK HIGHLIGHTS:
• In 2020, Upper Merion Township voted to expand King of Prussia District’s boundaries to include Renaissance Park
• Renaissance Park Stakeholder Engagement Study complete in 2020
• In fall 2021, 2,200 linear feet of landscaped medians installed along Renaissance Blvd.
• Wayfinding Master Plan complete in 2022
• Improved gateway signage complete in spring 2023
• Renaissance Boulevard Pedestrian connection to Hughes Park Station complete in spring 2023
