Are you looking for an internship? Yes
No
Good thinking.
Why not?
King’s Careers & Employability works closely with a variety of employers and host organisations off campus as well as departments at King’s to offer bespoke internships. These help you gain work experience, develop professional skills, and offer the opportunity to impact measurably on real commercial outcomes.
Internships are a great way to gain valuable work experience and boost your employability. Not only that, internships let you sample work across different sectors, so you can decide which career is for you. Internships open doors, introduce you to new networks, and can even lead to permanent employment.

A King’s Internship... ... will allow you to contribute significantly towards a clearly-defined project, add notable experience to your CV, and help you to stand out from the crowd. Your internship will last between 8 and 26 weeks, giving you plenty of time to develop existing skills and learn new ones. To top it off, you will be paid at least the National Minimum Wage, so you really have no excuse not to apply!

“I found the internship incredibly useful for forging a future career path and learning about a sector I had until then never otherwise known about. I would love to pursue this sector as a career path after uni.” - King’s Student, BA History 2016
