WORK EXPERIENCE
& INTERNSHIPS FAIR
About the fair It is no longer just about having the best academic grades when applying for a job; more and more employers are now looking for top graduates who can demonstrate skills developed outside of their degree. A way of doing this is by undertaking work experience or an internship, which is also an opportunity for you to get an insight into the world of work. At the Work Experience & Internships Fair, there will be organisations offering a range of opportunities, including formal internships, summer placements and international opportunities. It is aimed at all students looking to develop their employability skills and help their CV stand out.
Come and see us at the fair!
A King’s Internship will allow you to contribute significantly towards a clearly-defined project, add notable experience to your CV, help you make your mark and stand out from the crowd. Your internship will be a minimum of 8 weeks, giving you plenty of time to develop existing skills and learn new ones. To top it off, you will be paid at least the National Minimum Wage, so you really have no excuse not to apply!
