For a long time Key operator / customer training
has been developed and delivered individually
by each country within the Konica Minolta
community in Europe and although this adds a
real closeness to the training subject, the fact
cannot be missed that each National customer
training team needs to develop the concept,
content and processes of this training individually,
resulting in the same time-consuming efforts
being duplicated across each National
training centre within Konica Minolta.
