Coordinate and oversee all activities of the TLs Submitting time report to LCVP Projects every week and at the end of project Involved in design and implementation of the project Strategic Planning and implementation of innovative action steps Manage the planning and execution process of the project Communicate, empower, guide and involve members of the project into the dynamics of the project. Responsible for Issue-Based AIESEC XP implementation, related with the project Initiates new projects Track and evaluates team’s activity on a weekly basis Organizes weekly meetings with project team Responsible for budget management and financial compliance of the project. Together with LCVP Finance Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members Encourages a feedback culture within the team Resolve at the first the conflict in the Team
