DRINKS

Winter Cordial Like most good things, this cordial gets better with time. Allow this blend to steep for at least two weeks for the flavours to really come together. We use a combination of two Earth’s Aromatique organic teas, Rosehip Rooibos, and Bountiful Berry to lend an aromatic and flavourful note to this otherwise warm and indulgent beverage. It is fruity, aromatic, not cloyingly sweet, and unique enough to wow your dinner guests when it’s time for dessert. But let’s face it: after a long day, we might just kick back and enjoy a glass all to ourselves. Can be enjoyed on its own or added to a cup of tea by the teaspoon.

YIELDS APPROXIMATELY 625 ML

DIRECTIONS: In a 500 mL lidded jar, add Rosehip

⅓ cup Earth’s Aromatique Rosehip Rooibos loose leaf tea

Rooibos and Bountiful Berry dried teas and cover with

¼ cup Earth’s Aromatique Bountiful Berry loose leaf tea

and fully infuse tea into the brandy.

Remove from heat and pour honey mixture into remaining cordial. Stir well. Using a measuring cup and a funnel, bottle cordial into two 375 mL cork bottles. Cap and label. USAGE: Stave away the winter chills or enjoy as an afterdinner aperitif/dessert. This may also be added to a cup of tea by the tsp. Not suitable for persons under 18.

With some of winter’s finest wellness ingredients, including ginger, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of elderberry, our kid-approved Winter Switchel tends to your sweet tooth and warms the spirit on cold winter nights.

1 thumb of ginger (approx 3 Tbsp), peeled + chopped 2 Tbsp (or less) raw honey 1 tsp blackstrap molasses 5 tsp raw apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp Earth’s Aromatique Cranberry Harvest loose leaf tea 3.5 cups water

DIRECTIONS: Peel and chop ginger and place in a glass jar. Add honey, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to dissolve honey. Add loose-leaf Cranberry Harvest Tea. Let the mixture sit for 4 hours. Add water and put the lid on the jar. Shake the jar to combine thoroughly. Place in the fridge and let sit for 8-12 hours, then strain. Pour and enjoy. NOTES: This recipe can be adjusted easily for sweetness preferences. Add some fresh lemon juice for a citrusy kick of vitamin C!

“Drew’s” Brew Mushroom Elixir

Drew’s Brew is a hearty and stimulating mushroom beverage that is best enjoyed earlier in the day. Organika’s collagen adds a boost of healthy amino acids while a blend of Harmonic Arts elixirs may aid in elevation of mood and general wellbeing.

YIELDS 2 CUPS 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee or 1 cup brewed Dandy Blend (caffeine-free) 1 heaping tbsp Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate ½ tsp Harmonic Arts Elevate 1 Tbsp Organika Enhanced Collagen with MCT cream OR full fat coconut cream A dollop of honey or sweetener of choice

DIRECTIONS: Make one cup of freshly brewed coffee or dandy blend and pour into a blender. Add remaining ingredients. Secure lid, and mix on high speed until the beverage is blended completely. Enjoy warm. NOTE: As this is a stimulating blend, it is best enjoyed to get your day started.

Goodnight Moon Blue Hot Chocolate

This dairy-free Goodnight Moon Blue Hot Chocolate is a beautiful and creamy beverage. Sets a dreamy tone for your nighttime ritual. Children especially love this Hot Chocolate for its rich blue hue. Enjoy it before bed, or switch out the tea for an uplifting drink to brighten your day. If switching out the tea blend, be sure to use child-safe teas such as chamomile.

YIELDS 2 CUPS 1 cup Earth’s Aromatique Sleepy Time loose leaf tea, brewed (or tea of choice) 1 ¼ cup coconut milk, full fat 1 oz cocoa butter 1 Tbsp raw honey 1/2 tsp (heaping) butterfly pea flower, ground 1 pinch himalayan salt 3 drops Medicine Flower Dark Vanilla Flavouring Oil (or other flavour of choice) DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients (except flavouring drops) into a medium pot and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce to simmer. Continue to simmer until cocoa butter melts. Carefully transfer to a blender, add flavouring drops, and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into mugs and enjoy.

Fireside Chai Essential Oil Room Spray

Spice things up with our Fireside Chai Room Spray. Use the delicious aromas of these grounding spices as a warming room spray, or spray on pine cones and decorate the room as you would with potpourri!.

YIELD 30 ML 8 drops cinnamon bark essential oil 6 drops nutmeg essential oil 6 drops ginger essential oil 4 drops clove bud essential oil 4 drops orange essential oil 1 drop cardamom essential oil 60 mL purified water

DIRECTIONS: Place a funnel in a 60 mL bottle and add each essential oil. Top with water, then cap and label. USE: Shake well before each use. Spray throughout the house as a warming and aromatic room spray.


Sleep Balm Using naturally soothing ingredients, our beloved Sleep Balm recipe is a calming remedy to ease into your nighttime routine. Safe to use on ages 6+, apply this beautiful balm to the chest, upper back, around the nose, and/or the bottom of feet to encourage a restful sleep.

YIELDS 180 ML ¼ cup grapeseed oil ¼ cup jojoba oil 2 Tbsp beeswax 1 tsp vitamin E 60 drops Earth’s Aromatique Winding Down essential oil or your favorite sleepy time essential oil blend DIRECTIONS: In a double boiler over low to medium heat, measure and pour in oils and beeswax. Stir occasionally until the beeswax is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then add vitamin E and essential oil blend of choice. Pour into three 2oz tins or two small weck jars HOME USE: Before bed, apply a dimesized amount to the bottoms of feet, the chest or upper back, and/ or around the nose. Gently massage. This recipe is safe for use on children 6 and up.

This Five-Flower body oil was designed to pamper the body and the spirit. Makes a beautiful naturally scented gift, and compliments any self-care ritual.

YIELD 30 ML 20 drops Earth’s Aromatique Sweet Tranquility essential oil blend 8 drops Flower Essence Society Five Flower Formula ¼ tsp vitamin E oil 2 tsp avocado oil jojoba oil (to fill the rest of the container)

DIRECTIONS: Combine essential oils and flower essence in a sealable glass container and mix thoroughly. Add vitamin E, avocado, and jojoba oil to fill, leaving a bit of space at the top of the container for effective mixing. Cap and mix by tapping the bottom of the container against the heel of your palm for about 1 minute. Pour the oil mixture into a pump-style container, using a funnel if needed. USE: Use 2-4 times daily, or as desired. Can be used on pulse points, acupressure points, or anywhere else. For external use only. You may like to repeat positive affirmations during application, especially to start or end your day. Use by itself or with other flower essence formulations.
