The only thing you need to do is to treat your workwear right and make sure you send it to be washed in due time!

We take care of your dirty laundry.
When your workwear is in need of a wash you just put it in the laundry bag (in the locker or on the stand).
Please see the poster on the wall for details on when we pick up the dirty laundry.
Always put your laundry in the laundry bag in due time and no later than the day before pick up is scheduled. If you put the laundry in the laundry bag after the pick up day, you will not get clean workwear with our next delivery.
All our detergents are tested for harmful substances. In addition to this our workwear is tested for substances that trigger several common allergies. This ensures that your workwear is always comfortable.
Help us take care of your workwear.
Workwear and washing machines can easily be damaged if you forget pens, tools etc. in your pockets. Therefore it is of the utmost importance that you empty your pockets before you put your workwear in the laundry bag.
Please make sure it is not inside out and please roll down your sleeves/trouser legs.
This will help both your company and ours to avoid unnecessary costs and time.

Does your workwear need repair?
If you notice your workwear is damaged or you wish to change the length of arms or legs, please use one of the service bags. Any type of change can be noted on the service bag.
On the service bag please write what you would like to have done with your workwear, todays date, company name, your name and shelf number.
It is important to fill out the form completely to ensure that the repair is done correctly and the garment is returned to you.
Your workwear is unique.
In your garments there is a microchip that ensures you always receive your own garment back after wash and repair.
The microchip does not transmit any form of signal nor does it interfere with electronic equipment. In other words, it is totally harmless.
The microchip must not be removed from your garment, because then we cannot scan it at our laundry.
