The Address Downtown Dubai
About Indian Ocean, United Arab Emirates & Oman Jewels of the Indian Ocean and Middle East, the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, and Dubai offer some of the most exceptional and luxurious resorts – and unforgettable holiday experiences – anywhere in the world. Maldives is a collection of small, flat, coral islands that offer spectacular beaches and sensational snorkelling and diving. Each luxury resort is on its own island, which collectively boast the world’s best over-water villas, innovative resort features, and first-class spa facilities. Seychelles’ picturesque tropical scenery is due to its unique granite-island group. Huge granite boulders lining white-sand beaches create breathtaking visuals found only in the Seychelles. In addition to stunning shorelines, island hopping yields rare flora and fauna, pristine rainforests and wonderful people. Mauritius differentiates itself as a large, volcanic island with rugged mountain peaks leading down to an azure lagoon that encircles the island. With numerous posh resorts raising the standards of luxury, Mauritian properties continually offer greater levels of service and amenities. Dubai and the surrounding areas of Abu Dhabi and the Musandam Peninsula in Oman are fast becoming the global destination for extravagant holidays, and seemingly no expense has been spared in the construction of its excellent resorts. With a tranquil desert backdrop, beaches galore, the World’s tallest building, duty free shopping, gold and spice souks, and even an indoor ski facility, Dubai offers an unmatched blend of culture and adventure.

Icons Style of Luxury An influx of extraordinary resorts throughout the Indian Ocean and Dubai has set new standards of luxury over the last few years. Choosing the right resort is now more important than ever as architecture, dĂŠcor, facilities, size, and service combine to produce unique and very distinctive properties. Three equally exceptional, yet completely different types of luxury resorts have emerged and we call them: Elegant, Modern, and Barefoot.
Elegant Grand and spacious rooms are finely appointed and accompanied by extensive marble and granite in the bathrooms. Guests tend to dress up for meals and dine in impressive restaurants. Large lobbies and main pool areas often form the centrepiece of these expansive properties.
Modern Chic and trendy places to stay, these resorts feature rooms with cutting edge design and fashionable dĂŠcor.
Barefoot Smaller boutique resorts that are environmentally friendly, these intimate properties offer a more relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Resort Transfers Resorts in the region are accessed in various ways. From seaplanes to speedboats, helicopters to yachts, and cars to domestic flights; the transfer experience can be amazing in itself.
Plane Access to the resort is via seaplane, domestic flight or helicopter. Boat Access to the resort is via speedboat or luxury vessel.

The Beach House Maldives •
Located southwest of India, the Maldives is a group of nearly 1,200 small coral islands that form an archipelago of 26 atolls spread out over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Powder-soft beaches with spectacular ocean views lead to beautiful lagoons, and beneath the water, the coral coastline forms an intricate underwater paradise resplendent with marine life. With its warm temperatures and exceptional clarity, the water off the Maldivian coasts is renowned for breathtaking snorkelling and diving spots.
Options for transferring to resorts are based on distance, and short jaunts from the airport are achieved via speedboat or yacht, while resorts further out are reached by seaplane or domestic flight. Flights most often go through London, Dubai, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangkok and Qatar, though there are flights from other cities in Europe and Asia as well.

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa FOSTERING NATURE With stars from two hemispheres dotting the clear night sky, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa enjoys a variety of natural gifts from its location just north of the equator. Situated on a remote island in the secluded North Huvadhoo Atoll – a previously untouched southern portion of the Maldives – the resort’s central lagoon plunges nearly 90 metres. It is believed to be one of the largest and deepest natural atolls in the world, offering exceptional bio-diversity for experienced divers. To help maintain the island’s unspoiled treasures, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa built its resort with great care, adhering to the standards for Green Globe certification. Nowhere is this more evident than in the meticulously detailed villas, which seamlessly blend cool, contemporary style with natural ambience. Nestled within the carefully preserved vegetation are 16 Park Villas and 20 Park Pool Villas, and an additional 14 Park Water Villas are perched above the ocean – each the perfect vantage point for dazzling sunsets and star-studded skies.
EXCEPTIONAL MARINE LIFE Underneath the waves, long stretches of pristine coral reefs allow for breathtaking snorkelling and diving unequalled by other locations in the Maldives. Still new to visitors, the marine life is delightfully curious and sightings have included blue marlins, giant groupers, moray eels, and manta and eagle rays.

For diving enthusiasts, there are also more than 25 dive sites teeming with marine life, including the dramatic 360-foot British Loyalty shipwreck just a half-hour boat ride away. Soft and hard coral cover the ship’s hull, nearly 33 metres below the ocean surface, while blue fin tuna and sea turtles make the deck a regular hangout. On dry land, guests can explore Villingili by bicycle via an extensive network of trails that weave through the jungle-like interior. EMBRACE SUSTAINABLE LIVING Gili Lankanfushi Maldives created its tropical oasis in reverence to the ecological balance of the island. It uses sustainable woods, natural materials and traditional fabrics to recreate the island’s natural habitat while offering the modern-day amenities and creature comforts of true luxury. Private and intimate all at once...
Cocoa Island INTIMATE GETAWAY To hole up at Cocoa Island is to discover escapism, or sweet serenity under a reliable sun. Private and intimate all at once, the resort is removed from the noise of modern living but focuses on satisfying every need, attending to every detail, and soothing away the stresses that belong to another life. Villas are inspired by dhoni boats, as used by local fishermen, and are adjoined to the island by a simple series of wooden walkways built above the shallow ocean. From your dhoni, the view from the wide platform bed is directly out to the watery expanse, and the bathrooms – all with double sinks, a bath and shower – share horizon views. After an afternoon of sunbathing on your private terrace, abandon the chaise for the warm Maldivian sea via the ladder access just off your sundeck.
Doing absolutely nothing is completely acceptable at Cocoa Island, and the relaxed atmosphere and accommodating staff are ideal enablers. But for diving enthusiasts one of the best areas in the Maldives, Kandooma Channel, sits off the west side of the island and offers numerous diving sites populated with manta rays, green turtles and a myriad of reef fish. On the other side, grab a snorkel and fins to enjoy the quiet reef flanked by a curl of soft, alabaster beach that tapers into a spit of sand.

Island hopping is a great way to explore the Seychelles, particularly the three main islands. Home to the capital city of Victoria and the international airport, Mahé is the largest island in the Seychelles. A short 15-minute flight from Mahé, Praslin is the second-largest island in the archipelago and boasts gorgeous Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette beaches. But one cannot talk about beaches in the Seychelles without mentioning the famous gem of La Digue Island – the silvery Anse Source d’Argent. With huge granite boulders spread across the sand, it is the most photographed in the area.
Maia Luxury Resort & Spa
A SHINING GEM IN THE SEYCHELLES Resting on the pristine Anse Louis beach on the southwest coast of Mahé, Maia Luxury Resort & Spa utilizes the beauty of the natural surroundings to complement its lavish resort. Taking care to build around the delicate environment, Maia made certain that no stone was moved building the resort – the result being a seamless commune of fertile surroundings and lush repose. The resort is tucked into 30 acres of award-winning gardens, populated with lemongrass, cinnamon trees and a variety of palms. A stone footpath winds through the gardens, revealing 30 private villas discretely hidden among the greenery – each a mixture of Far Eastern influences combined with traditional Creole style. Bedrooms are adorned with exotic wood and fronted by large, private infinity-edge swimming pools, while bathroom suites feature walled garden showers, and exquisite outdoor bath pavilions with double sunken bathtubs for romantic bathing under the stars. PERSONAL BUTLER FOR FIRST-RATE SERVICE Service is a cornerstone of the Maia experience. Each villa comes with a personal butler, whose purpose is to provide first-rate, 24-hour service throughout the stay, whether it’s whisking you off to the resort’s delectable Tec Tec restaurant, cooking in-villa breakfast, arranging a massage at one of the Maia Spa's private open-air pavilions or packing your luggage.
