We had the idea of creating cultivating spaces in our school and also expanding to grounds, granted to us by our municipality.


By farming, we will produce groceries and vegetables, improve biotic conditions, influence the life of our community, show concern about environment and give the message for green cities.  We will sell our products, or give some of them away to people in need. 


We thought also of having compost system at school.  Pupils will bring their organic disposals and the converted mixture will be used for fertilizing. This way we reduce garbage, produce fertilizer and improve our agricultural production. In addition we can sell the fertilizer. 


Another suggestion was to bring to school old and out of use clothes, so that we can reform and reuse them to package our products.


We named our social enterprise: “

WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS? WHY WOULD THEY BUY? WHAT ARE THEIR NEEDS? We have to define the groups of people, we aim to reach. We aim to: -Students, parents, teachers. -Groups in need and special characteristics. We are a social entrepreneurship after all. -Businessmen, hotels, restaurants and people who are interested in having a quality diet and consume pure and safe products.


WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS? WHY WOULD THEY BUY? WHAT ARE THEIR NEEDS? -People who want to have bio nutrition and never have had the space to cultivate. -Elderly, babies, vegans, people with allergies and all those who have special needs for their nutrition. -People with ecological sensibility, who want to support our effort, since one of the main targets of “GREEN TEENS” is the improvement of environment


CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS


WE CAN GET CUSTOMERS BY: -Brochures -Spreading the word about our products -Posters -Interviews in Local newspapers -Internet -Ads in Local TV-channels


WE CAN KEEP AND GROW CUSTOMERS WITH OUR:

Good and constant quality. Our products are grown naturally, without chemicals, safe for babies and persons with allergies. -Steady prices and credibility -Good services -Special deductions to our old customers -Sales and offers -


WE CAN KEEP AND GROW CUSTOMERS WITH OUR: -Friendly and pleasant relationships based on trust -Salesmen willing, polite and ready to serve -Offers to those customers who bring new ones -Focus on Social Entrepreneurship and -Focus on our main activities that serve society and attempt to protect and improve the environment


THE KIND OF RELATIONSHIP WE WANT TO ESTABLISH WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR REPUTATION IS:

-Personal assistance, when asked -Dedicated personal assistance with representatives connected to customers, or -Self-Service when preferred. - We support also the Co-Creation, with an offer of products for videos made from customers
