DEVELOPMENT STATISTICS IN THE WEEDS
Land and Location:
The Granary at Briggs Ranch is an 882-acre tract of land located approximately 3 miles west of Loop 1604 and 0.5 mile north of Highway 90 in the West San Antonio submarket.
Development:
The proposed development will consist of ~600 acres of residential, ~67 acres of commercial/multi-family, ~20 acres for a school site, with 165 acres reserved as open space.
Access:
The development will be fed by two major roadways running north-south, Route 211 and Montgomery Road. A primary connector will run through the heart of the community between these two major roadways. A series of local roads will connect the interior of the development.
Housing Mix:
An estimated 1,900 single-family homes composed of lots ranging in size from 40’ to 70’ front widths will be the bulk of the residential dwellings. An additional 80 specialty residential units made up of townhomes, villas, and condos.

Green Spaces:
Pocket parks, agricultural use land, and accessible open space will be featured for the benefit of the community.
Paths & Trails:
The community is designed with pedestrian-friendly arteries running throughout the entire master plan. Multi-use paths adjacent to roadways and a minimum of 15 miles of walking, biking, and hiking trails.
Amenities:
At its heart will be a Co-Op Farm and Town Square. Additional amenities include a holistic wellness center, pool facilities, dining options, a marketplace, and varied gathering spaces. The Granary at Briggs ranch will be the first community of its kind in Texas.
