Makes around 36 ice cubes (3 trays)

Peel mangoes and chop them roughly.

Place in food processor along with water, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Adjust sweetness according to ripeness of the mangoes

Pour contents into a separate bowl, placing a sieve over it to remove lumps and ensure a smooth mixture.

Transfer to a measuring cup and pour into ice cube trays.

Freeze overnight.

Clean apples thoroughly and chop into big wedges.

Use a power juicer to extract the liquid. There should be roughly 3 c of fresh apple juice.

Place in a clean bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well.

Transfer to a measuring cup and pour into ice cube trays.

Freeze overnight.

Wash strawberries thoroughly and remove stems. Cut into big chunks.

Wash fruits thoroughly and slice each in half.

Using a citrus press, collect the juice from the fruit. Make sure to include some of the pulp. You should have approximately 4 c of pure orange juice and 2/3 c of pure lemon juice.

Combine juice concentrate with the water and simple syrup in a pitcher. Adjust sweetness level to taste.

Let chill in refrigirator until needed.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.

Throw tea bags into the liquid and quickly remove from heat.

Let the tea bags steep in the water for at least five minutes.

Combine black tea, fruit juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Carefully add the four ice cubes and shake until mixture is frothy and cubes are slightly melted, about 30 seconds.

Place in prepared glass with a straw and serve immediately.

Carefully add the four ice cubes and shake until mixture is frothy and cubes are slightly melted, about 30 seconds.

Place in prepared glass with a straw and serve immediately. For Lemon Sunshine, add the 1/8 c of Sprite just before serving the drink.
