Host a class for them with their friends + family. If they don’t live local, offer to Zoom in and have them get people round, OR empower them to run the class themselves.
A great way to help get a member excited about the opportunity and everything it can provide for them is by sending them the book The Four Year Career - Young Living Edition by Richard Bliss Brooke. You could also have one that you lend to local members. We have a PDF copy in Purely Biz Hub.

Send them THIS system document and have them print it to read and use as a step-by-step guide.
Add them to Purely Biz Hub and any other upline business group you deem necessary. Be sure to have them go through the pinned post and table of contents.
Refer them to the “Member Resources” section, in the VO. Tons of product education and business resources available there for them to use, and learn from.
Besides plugging them into the business resources, plug them into upline trainings, such as the 2 WEEK BIZ HUB TRAINING or anything other upline leaders put on.
Talk to them about goals and the importance of setting them, and how this helps them.
Help them understand the basic duplication process and point them to the resources to understand in more depth, how to do each step of the process.
