REAL ESTATE AGENTS FRED MEYERS I discovered Austin in June 1980 when I worked for Warner Bros Records, who transferred me to Houston that year. I immediately fell in love with the vibrant city, for its natural beauty and college town vibe. I had the band, U2 play at a bar on 3rd and Congress, and I remember being in awe of this little town (and, of course of, U2). At a sound check with Bonnie Raitt in Houston, she told me to make sure I get out of the downtown area and, “just go west into where the Hill Country is.” I did and that’s when I truly really came to realize how incredible Austin is and the beauty of the Hill Country. I knew this is where I wanted to live and raise my family. I have been an Austinite since 1983, both of my children, Lauren Alex and Chase, were born here and now my two precious grandchildren, Crash and Halen, have also been born here. To this day I don’t admit to being a Texan, but I will tell you with pleasure, that I am an Austinite. Austin is by far the best town in Texas and even with all my travels, by far ranks one of my favorite places to live, work and play. I have been in real estate since 2000 after leaving the music business and I have watched this town grow and become a pivotal place for dining, shopping, hiking, boating and most any outdoor sport you can imagine. Austin’s jewels are Barton Springs one of North America’s largest natural limestone Spring fed pools, Town Lake’s Hike & Bike trail that circles Lady Bird Lake in the city, the ever-growing food scene, and the F1 race track that has become more than just international racing. I have been successful in real estate and have surpassed $200 million in sales. I have enjoyed being involved with some of the world’s leading movie and recording stars and have helped them to get acquainted with what Austin has to offer, and that is what I would love to do for you. In 2015 I was awared as Volunteer of the Year for Membership Development by the Austin Chamber of Commers I love this town and want to show you why I coined the phrase “love Austin like we do” when I owned the Austin City Living real estate firm. REAL ESTATE AGENT AMY KNIGHT Texas born and Texas raised....I am a Texas girl. Growing up as a Texan has been a true gift. Austin is my favorite Texas town and it is like nowhere else. With its downtown full of life, its local watering holes like Barton Springs, Lake Austin and Lake Travis and non-stop entertainment for every age, there is always something fun to do in Austin. If you are bored in Austin, it is your own fault! I was born in San Antonio but I was raised all over Texas. I have lived in the Houston area, to include Katy, Huffman, and Pasadena… then off to East Texas to a little town called Center, near Nacogdoches. A few years later my family moved me back to San Antonio where I graduated High School at MacArthur High. Once I graduated, I moved to Dallas and enjoyed a few years modeling. OUR JOURNEY The Unique Difference

Kuper Realty Corporation was founded in 1972 as a commercial brokerage and later expanded our services to include residential real estate, specializing in the upscale market. In 1980 the company became a Sotheby’s affiliate, thus becoming Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2003, Capital City Sotheby’s International Realty was launched to fill the need for a brokerage that offered personalized service, long-term relationships, plus had a truly international marketing reach. A new strategic par tnership was formed in 2012 when Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty merged our San Antonio brokerage with the local Austin affiliate. When Amelia Bullock founded her company in 1969 she made a very clear decision to create a different kind of Real Estate Company. Together with Barbara Wallace, they focused on delivering something different, something better than a transaction. In 2014, the three unique and successful brokerages came together under the Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty brand, owned and operated by J Kuper, in keeping with the Kuper family real estate tradition and reputation.

J Kuper is third generation at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty with a background in residential and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the company, J worked in the construction industry as Project Manager for Fort Construction, LP with a focus on retail and multi-story office development, as well as, residential construction projects for Meritage Homes. He began his career in the technology sector as Business Development Manager for Handango, a leading provider of software and content for mobile devices, and owned relationships with top tier clients such as AOL, Sprint, Research In Motion and Amazon.com. J actively serves his community as City Councilman for the City of Boerne where he is currently the youngest councilmen in the city’s 150+ year history. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement and is an active member of his church. J is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Rick Kuper has had his real estate license since 1988. He has been consistently recognized as the Top Realtor in San Antonio. Rick represents a discriminating clientele in buying and selling fine properties and fulfilling their needs by way of knowledge, perseverance, determination and communication. Always a professional, he conducts all transactions in an ethical manner with a deep sense of integrity and commitment to service. Within four years of becoming a sales associate, Rick was ranked third in sales (out of 3,500 agents) for the entire city of San Antonio.

Ruby Ng joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004 as the Sales Manager of the Northwest San Antonio office located at The Commons of The Dominion. Prior to that, Ruby worked with West Corporation as an Operations Director. While employed with the leading communications company, Ruby’s work emphasis included sales and customer relationship management for Fortune 1000 companies through quality assurance, employee coaching & training and management development. In an effort to further advance her leadership skills, Ruby is currently studying business administration and business management.

Brenda Wall has been in the Real Estate world for over 12 years with the last 7 years as a Relocation Director. Prior to coming into Real Estate she worked for USAA. As the Relocation Director, she was on the USAA Advisory Council, helped achieve the Cartus 5 Star award, The Superlative Award for Best Corporate Relocation Department, Gold Medal status with Cartus and Platinum status with Cartus.

Brianne joined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004. Previous to joing the company she was office administrator for CFS Forming Structures where she was in charge of handling major projects such as the SBC Center and La Cantera. Brianne has over 10 years experience of handling different aspects of accounting for restaurants, construction companies, non profit organizations, as well as the real estate industry. Brianne obtained her real estate license in 2010 and is also a graduate from the The University of Texas at San Antonio.
