CAMP DESCRIPTIONS Our American Camp Association Accredited Day Camps offer athletic and cultural activities in our unique venues. Day Campers enjoy making new friends as they develop skills, increase values, and learn about teamwork and leadership.
KROC LIFE ADVENTURES OPTIONS Ages 5 -14 (Campers will be split into age appropriate groups)
Kroc Adventures explores every venue of The Salvation Army Kroc Center campus and offers a variety of age-appropriate recreational activities. Daily outings may include recreational field and gymnasium activities, swimming, traditional sports, arts & crafts, ice-skating, rock climbing, and skateboarding. .
SPIRITUAL DISCOVERY CAMPS LIFE OPTIONS
Campers enrolled in a Spiritual Discovery Camp will spend approximately two total hours each day in chapel and small group “huddle” times, examining exciting lessons from the Bible. The remainder of the day will be spent exploring other activities at the Kroc Center, which may include: ice skating, skateboarding, field games, arts & crafts, swimming, and rock climbing.

Building Leaders for god Ages 6 -14 Campers will examine examples of Christian leadership in the Bible. Through exploring these accounts, campers will learn what Godly Christian leadership truly should look like. Practical application in regards to how campers can display Christian leadership in their schools, homes, and their communities will be a focus of study throughout the week.
SPORTS CAMPS LIFE OPTIONS Campers enrolled in a Sports Camp will spend up to three hours per day focusing on skills, practice and play of a particular sport. The remainder of the day will be spent exploring other activities at the Kroc Center, which may include: field games, arts & crafts, swimming, ice skating, skateboarding, and rock climbing. Ice Skating Ages 6 -14 Introduction to Ice Skating through fun and games. With two hours of supervised skating each day plus an additional 30-minute lesson, participants are taught foot glides, two-foot turns, forward crossovers, T-stops, lunges and more! Dress warmly; gloves or mittens are essential.

Register and pay in full for Summer Day Camp and receive 10% off each camp enrollment. Does not apply to field trips, academic enrichment classes, and extended care. Discount is not transferable between sessions. Registrations must be received during regular Gym business hours in order for discounts to apply.

SPECIALTY CAMPS LIFE OPTIONS Campers enrolled in a Specialty Camp will spend three hours per day experiencing the lessons and activities of their specialty. The remainder of the day will be spent exploring other activities at the Kroc Center, which may include: field games, swimming, ice skating, rock climbing, and library exploration. let’s get crafty Ages 8 -14 Ready to get crafty? Campers will be inspired to think creatively while making artistic masterpieces with materials other than just the standard paper and markers. At the end of the week, campers will be able to take their projects home to help make their rooms unique and fun.
CLUB LIFE3:16 OPTIONS Each Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM, all campers are given the opportunity to learn more about the Christian faith by partaking in stirring songs, crafts, story-telling, and/or mini Bible lessons. Enrollment in this program is free of cost and staffed in conjunction with pastors from Kroc Community Church.
