During the ACTION Kick-Off, participants will weigh in, receive a body composition report, and get workout cards and participant codes to the facility of their choice. The workout cards will have the first and second week’s suggested exercises. After the first two weeks, participants who have visited their workout facility at least once per week, will be issued a workout card for weeks three and four, and so on. For best results, participants are encouraged to exercise more than once a week. Required body composition reports and check-ins will be on weeks one, five, and ten. Participants must stay committed throughout the 10-week program continue to receive free access to The Kroc Center or YMCA.
