1 head fresh garlic, lightly browned (does not say to crush so whole cloves) 2 medium size onions, chopped and lightly browned

Then add in 1 can tomato puree (I am assuming a 28 oz can) 1 can tomato paste 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (or to taste) 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 tablespoon Accent Cook on low for 25 minutes
