Inaky is also a certified negotiation expert who routinely produces win-win results at closing. He’s proud to offer his services in both Spanish and English. Born in Mexico City, Inaky moved to The Woodlands, Texas when he was 12. He considers his mom to be his biggest inspiration for raising him and his younger sister on her own while building a successful career as one of Mexico City’s top nutritionists. Inaky graduated from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University before earning his license to sell real estate in Houston. A strategic move to the Caribbean would allow Inaky to expand his knowledge of off-shore real estate developments as Business Development Manager for the first and largest luxury-branded resort in Belize. While marketing and selling units to prestigious clients, Inaky also helped foster the business relationship between resort principals and American entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuck.

Inaky’s next role would be with a private real estate investment firm as the director of investor relations raising capital for large development projects—an experience that continues to inform his work today. He has since worked for several large national and international real estate firms serving the Texas market where he’s consistently ranked among top-performing area agents. Along with his professional accomplishments in real estate, Inaky is the author of an Amazon #1 best-selling book called The One Thing That Changed Everything. Born and raised in Gonzales and Kingsville, Texas, Melyn’s been immersed in the real estate world from a young age. Her mom was a real estate agent and her dad worked in banking. She graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in leadership and married her high school sweetheart, a member of the U.S. Marine Corp. As a result, Melyn has moved many times for her husband’s military career— an experience she credits with giving her a greater appreciation for the relocation process, as well as people’s unique stories.
