PARTNERS POT OF GOLD INCENTIVE
Consigners will keep track of all customers who visit the yard prior to March 8th, 2025. All names will be entered into a random draw for a $500 bull purchase credit. The draw will be made and winner’s name announced at the beginning of the sale. The credit is redeemable only on March 11th, 2025. Rebate will not apply to heifer sales. Buyers do not have to be in attendance to win. Online purchases and purchases made by way of order buyer will qualify. For more information, contact the breeders.
WINTERING PROGRAM
Bulls can be returned back to seller’s yard free of charge until May 1, 2025. After May 1, 2025 yardage of $4.50/ day will be charged and pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. Bulls being wintered by the seller must be insured by the new owner for loss of life or disability.
SIGHT UNSEEN BULL PURCHASE PLAN
If you are unable to attend the sale but are interested in bulls, give the consigners a call and they will personally go over the bulls and your program to recommend the bulls or females that would meet your needs in a professional and confidential manner.
TERMS
Bulls & Females will be sold under the terms set forth by the CSA. Terms of the sale are cash or cheque. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in the case of disputes, the Auctioneer’s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over any printed matter. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. Breeder reserves the right to draw semen from any of the bulls on offer for in herd use only.
HEALTH
All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements. Cattle have been vaccinated for IBR, P1, BRSV, Blackleg and treated with Ivomec for parasites.
TRANSPORTATION
Free delivery up to 100 miles. Arrangements between buyer and seller beyond this. $50 rebate on all bulls picked up sale day.
SEMEN
Breeders reserve the right to draw semen from any of the bulls on offer for in herd use only.
LIABILITY
All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. The Auctioneer, and owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that might occur.
INSURANCE
Keystone Livestock Services will be on site sale day selling insurance. After the sale all bulls are housed at new owner’s risk, we encourage you to insure your valuable purchases.
FOREIGN BUYERS
Out of country buyers will make settlement with Prairie Partners in Canadian funds at the March 11, 2025 exchange rate. Bulls/Females sold for export will be paid for in full prior to delivery. All expenses incurred for export, including transportation and health testing, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will assist and make arrangements for transportation, if necessary. Insurance must be purchased sale day.

We are very proud and excited for this year’s group of bulls! There is a deep selection from reds, flecks and blacks; polled or horned, we have something for everyone.
The bulls are developed on native grass and momma’s milk until August when we start them on whole oat creep feed. They stay on oat/corn creep feed through weaning until the corn silage is ready. In mid-November they are transitioned to a TMR ration of corn silage, alfalfa hay, corn grain and fully chelated mineral package from Bullseye Feeds, which they will remain on until they are delivered. We do our best to ensure bulls are delivered right to your doorstep!
We reserve the right to draw semen for in herd use only, on any of the bulls in the offering.

Marshall is a real complete package of a bull. He is dark red, long bodied and has lots of shape. This is the only calf crop we will get off the ZSL Rawling bull as he got hurt as a yearling. We are super impressed with them, which makes the fact that we don’t have him anymore quite sad! 113M’s dam, the TriStar 3E cow is a big dark red tank of a cow. She has been a great producing cow for us. Her first calf was sold to Boundary Ranch in the Pembina Triangle sale in 2019.

I couldn’t think of a better way to start our offering but with this guy. You have to admire the meat and muscle this bull possesses. A stout big barrelled future herdsire that moves around the pen effortlessly. We have several standout heifers from this flush also. The No Limits offspring always seem to rise to the top of the pen. Throw in SRH 73A and you get an EPD profile second to none. It doesn’t seem to matter how 73A is bred her calves always stand out. He reminds me a lot of bull she raised a few years ago, HANNIBAL.

Terms & Conditions
TERMS
The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, e-transfer, or wire transfers and are due at the time of sale, unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Bohrson Marketing Services reserves the right to require a certified cheque as settlement before releasing any sale cattle. Should the purchaser fail to settle for his purchase, Bohrson Marketing Services reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage, either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale together with keep and all other expenses shall be payable by the defaulter. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. Bohrson Marketing Services have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made prior credit arrangements prior to the sale with the owners and/or sale management.
BIDDING
All animals to sell through the sale must be sold by auction with each animal selling to the highest bidder. Private sales will not be allowed except as otherwise provided for in the terms and conditions. No by-bidding will be permitted.
DISPUTES
In cases of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid and the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
PURCHASER’S RISK
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Any announcement from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements.
INSURANCE
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale and should be insured. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY
A registration certificate issued by the applicable breed association and a certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer of each animal after settlement has been made.
SHIPPING
Assistance will be given in making shipment after the sale, but sale management or seller assumes no risk. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are requested to determine delivery arrangements when making settlement.
GUARANTEE
All animals carry standard breeding guarantee as specified by the Canadian Simmental Association. At no time shall the seller’s liability exceed the purchased price of the animal.
EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE
In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void.
HEALTH
It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. Bohrson Marketing Services assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale.
ACCIDENTS
Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the consignors, sale management, auctioneer, or CSA assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property.
INFORMATION SUPPLIED
The information contained in this catalogue is believed to be true and accurate. The seller has proivded the information to Bohrson Marketing Services and they assume no responsibility if the information supplied is not accurate.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and terms and conditions of this sale do not cover obligations of the two parties connected thereto.
