SUNDAY 16 NOVEMBER–
WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER
In partnership with Millbrook Resort, New Zealand’s Leading Resort Winner 2024, and MORA Wines, PaR nz Golfing Holidays welcomes players and supporters to the 23rd annual MORA Millbrook Masters.
We are delighted to have the continued support of MORA Wines. Their fabulous wine selection includes what is known as the Single Site Series and Central Otago Series from vineyards in nearby Kolo, Eden and Vale and the established sites at Pisa and Bannockburn. The MORA Sparkling Bubbles is one of New Zealand’s finest and along with the RUA Brand, known for ‘drinking celebrations’ daily – the line-up is exceptional. The Rua Pinot has won five Trophies and 15 Gold Medals – the ‘go to Pinot Noir’ – as the MORA Team refer to it.
Along with their fine wines MORA also presents the MORA Wines & Artisan Kitchen which has been featured on the Neat Places Queenstown website under “Seven Great Spots to Eat and Drink in Queenstown, New Zealand, 2024”.
“MORA” means to linger or pause in Latin and believe us – this is the place to do just that. Tucked away just outside of Arrowtown, this quaint cellar door and artisan kitchen opens out into a lush garden and cottage setting that may require a few pinches to believe.
The MORA Millbrook Masters is not only a premier golf tournament but a luxury golf holiday staying at the spectacular Millbrook Resort enjoying great local food and wine. Whether this is your first visit to Queenstown, or you are a regular traveller, it can’t get any better to see and experience this unique destination in its full spring glory!
The tournament is a 54-hole 4BBB tournament, played over three rounds:
1. Millbrook Coronet
2. Millbrook Remarkables
3. Jack’s Point
The tournament packages are extensive with a full social programme and accommodation options staying at the award winning Millbrook Resort. We offer options also for Golf Only Packages and non-golfing partners who are most welcome to attend the golf and functions.
A full list of the tournament package follows and includes welcome function, wine tastings, daily tournament lunches and MORA Farewell Wine Matching Dinner.
Register and pay a $600 non-refundable deposit for the MORA Millbrook Masters before the 31st of March 2025 and receive a twin pack of your choice of award-winning MORA Wines when you check in at the Millbrook Resort.
Thank you. We hope to see you in Millbrook in November for the 2025 MORA Millbrook Masters.
Happy Golfing in Queenstown.

Since January 2022, the year of its opening, the Millbrook Coronet Course has hosted the NZ Open and features again this year on TV for the 104th NZ Open.
The Coronet Course designed by Turner & McPherson features some great elevation changes with tees and greens set on rocky outcrops. Its shoot-through fairways, hidden alpine lakes and craggy mountain backdrops are simply stunning!
The Bob Charles designed Millbrook Remarkables Course offers equally spectacular alpine views of the Crown and Remarkables Ranges but with a much more friendly layout than the Coronet Course. Remarkables (which is the combination of the original Arrow and Remarkables layout) features wide open fairways which meander through tarn-like ponds and tussock grasses. Clever pothole bunkering creates for challenging approaches to each green.
Sir Clifford and Lady Marie Skeggs entered the wine business when they purchased land in Bannockburn in 1995. Planting of vines commenced in 1996. They developed the multi-award brand of Akarua (now owned by Edmond de Rothschild Heritage) as well as the standout brand RUA, one of New Zealand’s most popular Pinot Noir Brands. RUA is a staple of the Skeggs’portfolio alongside the MORA brand.
MORA is situated at 45 degrees south – a magical latitude for Pinot Noir. The vines thrive in that environment situated in dramatic mountainous, snowcapped terrain alongside winding turquoise rivers and glacial lakes. As New Zealand’s only continental climate, the intense sunlight and long summer days provide optimal ripening and luscious wines. Known in the area as pure and intense Chardonnays, Riesling and Pinot Gris and of course Pinot Noir!
Jack’s Point
John Darby’s Jack’s Point, opened in 2008, is one of the most stunning layouts in New Zealand. Based at the foothills of The Remarkables, the towering craggy-edged range is a magnificent backdrop to almost every hole. Golfers can also take in views of Lake Wakatipu as they weave their way through the undulating foothills of this links-like course. A key feature of the course are the rock walls which frame many of the holes and often come into play off the tee.
