In this model I have experimented with combiningboth model 4 and 5 to reach this design. i have flipped the triangular shape buildingto create a large rectangle at the end of my model that would be perfect for a large window to draw in natural lighting and incorporatea high ceiling into the design of my art gallery this would give the opportunityto displaya large decorativeceiling light to fit the interior design of the art gallery

For the design of my final model, I further developed the idea of overhanging buildings fused with the concept of modular offsite construction that I discovered during my research. Each level can be constructed in factory conditions, tested, then brought to site for final quick assembly. This both minimises time on site as well as cutting down on trades, which reduces the overall carbon footprint of the building
