You can rent equipment for your water adventure in several places along the coast. For example, at Juelsminde Peninsula Kayak Rental, Horsens City Camping and Strandshoppen at Saksild Beach.

Guided sea adventures

You can join Outdoor Connection on guided tours and courses in canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddling in the nature around the river Gudenå and in Horsens Fjord.

Water sports have never been this popular. And with good reason! What better way to explore nature than from the water while also activating your stiff muscles?

Stand-up paddling has become particularly popular in Danish harbours and beach environments. It is truly a balancing act. But once you catch on, you are blessed with good views. Everyone can participate, you actively use your body and experience nature. Stand-up paddling is mentally relaxing.

Our many beaches attract sun-hungry bathers. But seeing kayaks slide past you, out at sea, is quite common. The area is home to several rowing and kayaking clubs as well as rental places.
