For absolute beginners. A bit more advanced, but suitable for all levels. Challenge yourself.

ABS, BUNS & GUNS
Abs, butt and arms workout? Yes, please!! This low impact sixpack inspiring, butt firming and upper body strength building workout will get you toned in all the right places!
AquaFit Seniors
In partnership with Portage Pool and Family & Community Support Services, this fun & energizing class will improve your mobility, strength, and endurance with no impact on your joints.
AquaFit for All
This aquafit class is geared to suit all adults and abilities. Get in, get wet and get fit!
Barre Above
This class incorporates strength, endurance, balance, and core training, done with specific sequencing patterns targeting various muscle groups. In this low impact class participants will be using a weighted bar, Bender Ball, and a variety of resistance bands.
Barre Above Fusion
This unique blend of Pilates style movement, strength, endurance, balance, core, muscle release and lengthening is a mat-based format that focuses on mindful, controlled movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques. This class will help you to clear your mind and recharge your soul!
Functional Fitness
This class focuses on functional strength and mobility for those who are looking to move more freely, with greater joint range of motion, while reducing muscle stiffness and joint pain. It’s a low impact chair-based fitness class that pairs beautifully with the 50+ Strengthen & Stretch class. Fusion
A unique blend of Pilates-inspired movement, strength, endurance, balance, core exercise using a variety of fitness equipment. This mat-based class focuses on mindful, controlled movement, as well as breathing, relaxation, muscle release and lengthening techniques. Clear your mind while recharging your body and soul!
KICKBOX 30
Kick, block, and strike your stress away in this kickbox skills and drills class. This 30 minute low impact lunch time fitness class will help you build your confidence, power, and core strength.
Kickbox BOSU
Get your gloves on, put up your dukes and get ready to boombang-pow the heavy bag! Starting will a shadow-boxing warm-up and mixing in a variety of BOSU exercises, you will leave feeling stress-free and strong!
Penalty Box Circuit
No more boring cardio - enhance your training using a Penalty Box and your bodyweight to work both your heart & muscles! This circuit workout will also utilize various strength training equipment to maximize your results!
Post-natal Fitness
This session is designed for new moms that are minimum 6 weeks post-partum and cleared by their doctor for exercise. With baby alongside, moms will focus on re-connecting to their core and regaining their muscular strength so so that they are better prepared to handle the demands of motherhood.
Pre-natal Fitness
Whether you are newly pregnant or heading into your third trimester, this session if perfectly designed for moms-to-be to get ready for labour & delivery.
Rock the Bells
Get ready to work with an intense mix of strength training using barbells and dumbbells, set to energizing rock music! This class will tone your entire body, improve your core strength, and help you get that after-burn that fires up your metabolism!
Slow Flow YOGA
You will be guided through a variety of traditional and nontraditional yoga-inspired movements to develop functional joint range of motion and a deeper sense of body awareness. This is a great class for anyone, beginner to advanced, because it’s a ‘slow flow’ that builds your flexibility foundation and enhances muscle recovery/injury prevention.
SPIN 30
Take a mid day break from your schedule to torch some serious calories, performing sprint, endurance and climbing intervals. You will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.
SPIN 60
Improve your cardiorespiratory endurance with this drill-focused indoor cycle class, set to energizing, heart-pumping music! You will be challenged through variable intensity intervals of sprints, hill climbs, tempo training and more!
Stability Ball Strong
The stability ball is an amazing and versatile piece of equipment. Throw in some free weights and a Bender Ball and you have one comprehensive workout! This class will challenge every muscle group and finish with a relaxing cool down/stretch.
STREN-CON
It’s muscle strengthening and cardiorespiratory conditioning using a variety of portable equipment that is sure to kickstart your day! This complete workout will not only tone your muscles and work your heart, but also improve your core strength using variable intensity interval training.
Strength in Motion
If you are looking for a mid day fitness class to help you lower your stress, burn some serious calories, and improve your overall strength in minimal time - then this class is for you! Get a full body, dynamic workout that utilizes your bodyweight, dumbbells, Bender Ball, and more! 50+ Strengthen & Stretch
Start off your week by improving your strength and flexibility in this fun, social, and welcoming environment. This a great way to learn some safe, effective exercises and stretches to help you move and feel better. Offered in partnership with Alberta Health Services, it’s a FREE program for adults 50 years and older.
STRONG Nation
What do you get when you combine bodyweight, muscular endurance & cardiovascular conditioning, as well as plyometric training that is synchronized to original music? You get an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling strong!
SYNRGY 360
It’s total body circuit training on our new multi-station unit excellent for participants to work at their own pace. This unit has it all – sled, step platform, monkey bars, landmine, battle rope, TRX, ladder, rope pull, dip bar, sectorized weights and more!
Total Body 101
Get head to toe muscular strengthening and endurance exercises using a variety of equipment designed especially for beginners.
TRX & HIIT
Using your bodyweight and a suspension trainer, you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself with each exercise just by adjusting body position to increase or decrease resistance. This workout also intermixes high intensity interval training to give you a full body experience that yields optimal results!
Zumba & Body Sculpt
Music, fun, dancing, and muscle strengthening is the theme of this fitness session. Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned exerciser, this dynamic class will have you smiling and sweating from head to toe. Format: 30 minutes of Zumba dance followed by 30 minutes of muscle conditioning & stretching.
ZUMBA Toning
What do you get when you combine various dance genres and maraca-style toning sticks? Well, you get a whole lotta muscle toning and a whole lotta fun!! Included in this low impact session are body sculpting and muscle lengthening exercises leaving you feeling fit, fab, and ready to take on the day.
