Cardio Circuit
A ‘do-it-all’ high intensity circuit style H class that will get your heart pumping and muscles strong! Challenge your body’s ability using a variety of equipment and compound muscle movements. Outdoor Soccer

Intermediate players make longer lasting slow to medium-paced rallies, make easy volleys, use some backhand but need work on basic strokes. Intermediates are beginning to approach the non-volley zone to hit volleys, becoming more aggressive at the net, and are learning to anticipate their opponent’s shots.
